I just don't understand how medical insurance is almost 400 dollars a month per driver.                         I know a driver that just resing after working for a year is just not enough to keep up with the cost of living .

It seems to me that dispatchers don't know or don't want to know  what buses are available to use Im going thru hell everyday trying to get a decent bus I don't know how some of these spare buses still pass inspection

Good hopefully pioneer have enough drivers and buses to cover work

I clean the bus 4 times a day because I do 4 schools every time a group of students  get off the bus they leave behind a lot of trash
