I have a couple of concerns involving the selling of Union Headquarters.  Why are they doing it.  Shouldn't that building be paid off by now.  Who's getting the money, after it's sold.  Why going out to Lond Island when most of the school bus companies are in the five boroughs.

It's owned by the welfare fund and rented by the union at $40,000 a month ... v.s. $8,000/mo elsewhere.
I am patient with stupidity, but not with those who are proud of it.

More specific in what way? As far as I know it's not actually being sold, it's just that our headquarters will be moving to pay less rent (and I assume they'll be looking for new tenants at Woodhaven Boulevard). Don't know much more than that.

who owns the building in long island?,,,, something smells fishy...  i guess with the union weekly dues droppping and the raises they took the past 2 years its time to show a money saving .....
