OK 1union, sorry for the misunderstanding. Friday was a really bad day, I just want to put it behind me now and move on. Yes I'll be careful, I don't want to be caught off guard again.

Here it is 3 AM & I'm up because my back is freaken killing me. But I'll drag myself to work because I really can't afford any more pay cuts. But thanks jb for the good advise. I type with one finger so I'm really getting tired of explaining this story. Yes I am in the habit of picking my phone right up. My father is 93. last year I got a call on my cell. It was FDNY at his apt. telling me what Hosp. the EMT's were bringing him to. When my cell rang Fri. it did not say Pioneer. I picked it up and it was Tommy. By the way I was supposed to be off Fri. My AM school was closed. But I had to come in for the violation and then to top it off I got shanghide into that trip all with this damn bad back. I already said to the brothers I"m sorry wont happen again. What the fuck do some of these guys want my first born. This is crazy now. This driver who goes by 1 union wrote something towards me that Buzz had to delete. What the hell is that all about. 2 days ago he wrote very supportive to me, (don't worry just be careful next time etc.) The owner must be laughing his balls off with us fighting like this. I'm going to say this hopefully for the last time. I do not go against anything the union tells us to do. What happened was a mistake, not intentional. I came from a union job and I know you don't go against the union. I'm more involved with this union than I was with FDNY. I went to City Hall (with my car and took four other guys) I went to the Zoo 6AM on my own time not strike time, I went to the bridge march ( with my own car and other drivers) I went to the union meeting. I owe Andy & Ernie for getting me this job. I'm not going to go against them in any way. So please can we let this go. If anybody thinks I'm an easy target to vent their frustration on, think again. Please don't force me to loose this job over bullshit. 1 union, I see you invoke Gods blessing often, (God bless 1181) Well doesn't God say "thou shall not bear false witness on your neighbor" I'm asking you nice, stop. whoever you are. You know what's funny? With all this petty shit I never heard one peep about something really heavy. I heard there were 1181 members that took their accrual checks. If that's true shouldn't that be mentioned here. And maybe not. Maybe we shouldn't be tearing into each other. Thanks again jb!

Thanks Buzz for the edit. I didn't get to see what was written and I'm glad. I answered all the accusations already. As far as the phone: I said I screwed up and pick it up. Got caught
off guard. The fine: Taking time was not offered. You explained why in a previous post. Why is this still going on? But if anyone has anything to say to me, I'll be in the drivers room 6:30 AM.

George I'm all in just like you. Not as long but I'm all in. I made a mistake by just answering the cell. Are we OK if we tell Tommy NO once we answer? And like I said I should have let it go to voice mail, OK I got it. Geez can you let it go. Your making this bigger than it is. Believe me I did not want that trip. If Ernie tells us if we get caught off guard and answer the phone (even at home) and we can say no, I will do it.
Taking days off was not offered! Owen said $200. Eddy said how do you want to pay? I said I guess I'll give you a check. Eddy said no they will take it out of your pay. Ernie set it up for four pays. What the fuck did I do wrong.
I know your frustrated over all that's happening and so am I. Thursday I'll be $80 plus $50 fine out. Vent your frustrations somewhere else.

No Faceit, that was not me. My pal George felt it necessary to scold me for paying my $200 fine and covering a trip Friday, which I did not volunteer to do. I really wish all this coming against each other would stop. Nothing could make the owner happier than us coming against each other.

Who are you to sit on your fat ass judging anybody. Even after I spoke to you Friday you had to air the dirty laundry out for everyone to read  including the owner. Thanks Faceit. I screwed up by just quickly answering the cell. I was in Debbie's pet store at the checkout. The phone rang and I answered. Didn't ever think it could be Pioneer, I just left there from my hearing. Won't happen again. Like I said they caught me off guard. Believe me I did not volunteer to do that trip. I left the office $200 in the hole and with my back out. Last thing I needed was that trip. But once they got you on the phone I don't think you can say no. I'm all in with whatever our union tells us 100%. Don't think it was fair that George put me in a bad light.
This is my first violation, didn't know I had the choice of taking a day off. If that was offered I would have went that way, especially with my back out. Thanks again for the good advice.

WOE, WOE,WOE! Tommy called my cell phone just after I left the yard. If I knew it was Pioneer I wouldn't have picked it up. Now that he got me on the phone  are we allowed to say "NO I refuse to do this"? Sorry I answered the phone but I very rarely get social calls on my cell, It's usually an emergency. My father is 93 he can go any time, so when the phone rings I pick it up. I'll be more careful next time. They caught me off guard. I'm all in with the union. I've been doing every single thing they say. All the rallys and Union meetings etc.
Please don't give me a bad rap over this. As far as the fine goes Ernie and Eddy Gigs couldn't help me with this one, so I have to pay. What do you want me to do?
