Cuomo must have some HIGH qualifications to work for unemployment when they don't even know how to transfer you to another agent.....true story, And people wonder why we are bitching to go back to work

and you see nothing anymore on the news about the mess...makes people think UE is working fine and we are getting paid easily....smh   fake news

I'm going to see what happens Sunday and if there's money Tuesday. If not I'll probably contact Mike Reilly. A while ago he posted on Facebook that he would try to assist with UI problems.

From your "Account Overview" page, click on the "Unemployment Services" button, then "Certify to Claim Your Weekly Benefits Here" and follow the instructions. It is important that you continue to do this every week.
You can also certify for weekly benefits by phone at 888-581-5812.
When your status changes, the next message you will receive is that your claim is ready to be paid. 

Please be assured that you will receive all the benefits you are eligible for. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.

Yep, WigWag16, that's the message I get too. Except I did certify online for the week ending the 16th, even though the "specialist" told me she did it for me, (she apparently didn't), so it doesn't show me the second part of what you posted any more. >:(

Yeah I claimed myself on Sunday the 16th...then the 17th when they opened my new one they backdated it to the 10th so I don't have a waiting week this week. I'm guessing in the next few days it's going to go from 0.00 dollars to 358(horrible) they said claim this coming Sunday and I should get paid on Tuesday as usual. I won't hold my breath l. Was yours saying 0.00 as well and did it change ?

So if your benefit year ends on the 23rd can u certify on the 23rd then year is expired? Then monday you call?

Yes.   But it seems calling or online gets you nowhere.   It's a mess ... how they can't fix the system is beyond me.

it took 5 week and a email to Nicole Malliotakis office to get all my money paid for waiting week cleared today

Got a lot of help from her office with problems with Build It Back after Sandy. Actually, it was her then Chief of Staff, Paul Marrone, who happens to be the nephew of one of our drivers, who got things done.
