I heard consolidated is going on strike Thursday they all received letters today stating that why aren't we going on strike?

Maybe because they've had nearly 3 times as many negotiation meetings (11 vs. 4) as we've had. Besides, their going on strike (if what you say is correct) may preclude the need for us to do so. I'm not one of those "let's go on strike yesterday" guys so I'm content to wait and see how theirs plays out, but I know there are others who feel differently.
I am patient with stupidity, but not with those who are proud of it.

Consolidated did not go on strike. We have another (joint) negotiation meeting again on Monday. We'll see what we shall see.

Good.  Gives them time to talk about our pension increase.  Along with other items.
