im all for striking and sticking together...but 1st off covering work has to stop....we are shooting ourselves in the foot... we can not accept anything  but a great new contract for new hires...the greedy bosses dont want that... they want to continue on being short new hires and having greedy drivers cover and kill our own pension and welfare fund.. we have to stop this man from killing and dividing our union... our boss walks around with a smirk and laughs at us,can you blame him... he has the company divided and he knows it...its all in his plan..
