The bad news is ... this is their last day in session. Off for the summer.

The really bad news is that if it does not pass the Senate TODAY, the 2014 session is OVER. The bill would have to be re-introduced when they reconvene in January.

just saw the senate calendar they are still in session today 6-20-14 from 10 am to 12 midnight. apparently they changed their last say. we still have hope

Died in the senate. Will be reintroduced by sponsors next session.

The next session is January 2015.   Bids get opened up August 1st, 2014 WITHOUT the EPP.    I hope Mike has a plan B.
