Can anyone advise of a location of a Quest Lab that is currently open and doing drug testing? I was informed that some are not doing drug testing at this time.

Patrol cops ticketed for running red lights
'Red light' for scofflaw patrol cops

By BRAD HAMILTON — Sunday, March 25th, 2012 'The New York Post'

NYPD brass are cracking down on cops who go through red lights while on patrol by forcing officers to fork over $50 fines if they get caught on camera and can't prove they were on legitimate police business.

A Manhattan cop said he was hit with a summons three months ago after he ran a red light to stop a vehicle with a potential drunken driver.

The motorist was sober but tired, so no ticket was issued, and the cop didn't make a note of the stop in his memo book, he said.

When the precinct received the red-light summons, his supervisor grilled him — then ordered him to pay the fine.

"They didn't believe me," the cop said. "Where was the proof? I had to pay it out of my own pocket."

His union blasted the policy.

"We were trained in the Police Academy that the greatest single deterrent to crime is police omnipresence, which translates into catching the bad guys by surprise," said Pat Lynch, head of the Patrolmen's Benevolent Association.

"If that means circling a block with suspicious activity or passing a light for the sake of catching a perp off guard, then so be it."

News and Views / Got our taxes in early!!!
January 25, 2012, 12:58:03 AM

The IRS sent my Tax Return back! AGAIN!!!

I guess it was because of my response to the question : "List all dependents?"

"12 million illegal immigrants;
"3 million crack heads;
"42 million unemployable people on food stamps,
"2 million people in over 243 prisons;
"Half of Mexico ; and
"535 fools in the U.S. House and Senate."

Apparently, this was NOT an acceptable answer.

On Friday, May 21, 1971, Patrolmen Waverly Jones and Joseph Piagentini of
the New York City Police Department's 32nd Precinct, were ambushed and
murdered in cold blood. They were both shot from behind and killed with no
chance to defend themselves by Herman Bell of the Black Liberation Army,
BLA. Now, he is trying to get parole.
Below are 2 links regarding the filling out of petitions to reject Bell's
parole and to keep him in prison until he dies.
Please take the time to prepare these important petitions

News and Views / Chevy Truck

Chevy Truck

I stopped by the Chevrolet Dealership yesterday, for a look at the new Silverado 1500 pickup. Just for fun, I took it out for a test drive. I wanted to sense that new "feel" before they become extinct.

The salesman (a black man wearing an Obama "change" lapel pin) sat in the passenger seat describing the truck and all its "wonderful" options. The seats were of particular interest. He explained that the seats directed warm air to your butt in the winter and directed cool air to your butt in the summer heat. Feeling like messing with him, I mentioned that this must be a Republican truck.

Looking a bit angry, he asked why I thought it was a Republican truck. I explained that if it were an Obama truck, the seats would blow smoke up your ass year-round.

I had to walk back to the dealership...damn guy had no sense of humor.

News and Views / HOW DID THIS A$$ GET ELECTED???????????
September 15, 2011, 04:50:19 PM
Yes, he told us in advance what he planned to do.  Few were listening.

The following is a narrative taken from a 2008 Sunday morning televised "Meet The Press."

From Sunday's 07 Sept. 2008, 11:48:04 EST,  Televised "Meet the Press" THE THEN Senator Obama was asked about his stance on the American Flag.

General Bill Ginn, USAF (ret.), asked Obama to explain WHY he doesn't follow protocol when the National Anthem is played.

The General stated to Obama that according to the  United States Code, Title 36, Chapter 10, Sec. 171...

During rendition of the national anthem, when the flag is displayed, all present (except those in uniform) are expected to stand at attention, facing the flag, with the right hand over the heart.  Or, at the very least, "Stand and Face It".

NOW GET THIS !!

'Senator'Obama replied:

"As I've said about the flag pin, I don't want to be perceived as taking sides...."  "There are a lot of people in the world to whom the American flag is a symbol of oppression...."  "The anthem itself conveys a war-like message.  You know, the bombs bursting in air, and all that sort of thing."

(ARE YOU READY FOR THIS???)

Obama continued:, "The National Anthem should be 'swapped' for something less parochial and less bellicose.  I like the song 'I'd Like To Teach the World To Sing.'   If that were our anthem, then I might salute it.    In my opinion, we should consider reinventing our National Anthem as well as 'redesign' our Flag to better offer our enemies hope and love.  It's my intention, if elected, to disarm  America to the level of acceptance to our  Middle East  Brethren.   If we, as a Nation of waring people, conduct ourselves like the nations of Islam, where peace prevails - - - perhaps a state or period of mutual accord could exist between our governments ....." "When I become President, I will seek a pact of agreement to end hostilities between those who have been at war or in a state of enmity, and a freedom from disquieting oppressive thoughts . We as a Nation, have placed upon the nations of Islam, an unfair injustice, which is WHY my wife disrespects the Flag, and she and I have attended several flag burning ceremonies in the past."

"Of course now, I have found myself about to become the President of the United States and I have put my hatred aside.  I will use my power to bring CHANGE to this Nation, and offer the people a new path.  My wife and I look forward to becoming our Country's First black Family.  Indeed, CHANGE is about to overwhelm the United States of America."

News and Views / Remembering 1987!!!
September 09, 2011, 04:32:59 PM

A memory of 1987

You Might Not Remember 1987......
but,
I had forgotten all of this.  Do you remember when the senators were giving Ollie North such a bad time? This brings it all into perspective doesn't it? Have a great day.

Do you remember 1987......

Thought you might be interested in  this forgotten bit of information.........

It was 1987! At a lecture the other day they were playing an old news video of Lt.Col. Oliver North testifying at the Iran-Contra hearings during the Reagan Administration.

There was Ollie in front of God and country getting the
third degree, but  what he said was stunning!

He was being drilled by a senator,  'Did you not recently spend close to $60,000 for a home security system?'

Ollie replied, 'Yes, I did, Sir.'

The senator continued, trying to get a laugh out of the
audience, 'Isn't that just a little
excessive?'

'No sir,' continued  Ollie.

'No? And why not?' the senator asked.

'Because the lives of my family and I were threatened, sir.'

'Threatened? By whom?' the senator questioned.

'By a terrorist, sir' Ollie answered.

'Terrorist? What terrorist could possibly scare you that much?'

'His name is Osama bin Laden, sir' Ollie replied.

At this point the senator tried to repeat the name,
but couldn't pronounce it, which most people back then
probably couldn't. A couple
of people laughed at the attempt. Then the senator
continued. Why are you so afraid of this man?' the senator asked.

'Because, sir, he is the most
evil person alive that I know of', Ollie answered.

'And what do you recommend we do about him?' asked the
senator.

'Well, sir,
if it was up to me, I would recommend that an
assassin team be formed to
eliminate him and his men from the face of the
Earth.'

The senator disagreed with this approach, and that was all that was shown of the clip.

By the way, that senator was Al Gore!

Also:

Terrorist pilot Mohammad Atta blew up a bus in Israel in 1986. The Israelis captured, tried and
imprisoned him. As part of the Oslo agreement with the Palestinians in 1993,
Israel had to agree to release so-called 'political prisoners.'

However, the Israelis would not release any with blood on their hands. The American
President at the time, Bill Clinton, and his Secretary of State, Warren Christopher,
'insisted' that all prisoners be released.

Thus Mohammad Atta was freed and eventually thanked
us by flying an airplane into Tower One of the World Trade Center. This was reported by many of the American TV networks at the time that the terrorists were first identified.

It was censored in the US from all
later reports.
