The bathrooms are being re-tiled. Women's bathroom almost done, should be starting on men's soon. Hopefully done before we return.

Between the pumps and the bathrooms, Neil is spending plenty of cash.
I'll bet the pumps are around 3/4's of a mil. Just a guess.
But wait! There's more ... 75 new gas school buses on order, all for Staten Island.
