How are they still getting away with this???  Again nothing should have been signed or ratified or anything until the money was in hand.  What bullshit this is???  I feel like its all a sham.  Someone has got to do something against the union and Neil I can't believe the NLRB after everything weve been through is letting them get away with this. Neil is a brave guy to keep screwing us over when there are close to 400 drivers ready to pounce! It's all I hear he's got big ones and obviously no fear......it's comical.

The earnings statement that comes with the check breaks down each amount owed ... for instance, Easter and summer accruals are separate items, etc. You'll better be able to tell what might be missing. Bound to be some discrepancies.

ok do explain to me what's supposed to happen now that the checks are cut? Where do they go from here? What's the procedure that will put these checks in our hands ASAP!! Soon what's the next??  Is inky buzz that saw his check or is everyone's checks cut??

Yeah he's got a good point! Easter checks were cut and never distributed! Oh except for the mechanics.  I feel as if its never gonna happen.  This one blames that one back and forth end result we still haven't gotten it.  The union gets paid Neil gets new busses is our money ever coming? Really??

FOR REAL! last friday the checks were to be hand delivered to the NLRB.  Is the NLRB no longer involved in giving us our money?   i thought they were supposed to mail it to us.  why does the story keep changing.  this is bullshit plain and simple.  the union doesnt want to trust neil bcz they probably think neil will just keep the money and not pay us which is k now is illegal but at the same time stalling can earn him more interest the longer he keeps the money i wonder how many thousands of dollars in interst he has accrued since last june.  i do know a live check is out there but you know, i cant believe we just keep getting screwed.  every single day they dont give us our money but take everything else contractually legal to benefit them, and the union.  nothing should have been put into play until we got our money in our hands that should have been the deal!  not the other assway around!

its just ridiculous that this run around has been going on for so long but they make sure and take from us immediately like the snow day, and all the other petty stuff we ratified for but still no money.  they make you feel like everything is going to be fine, then they just shoot it all down.  they even put something up at arthur kill about the nlrb taking care of giving us our money but that's not true either.  its just amazing.  really.  if anyone finds out anything, please post here so we have some clue since noone tells us anything.  i'll look tomorrow since you said by tomorrow we should know something hopefully not a bullcrap story like before.

I think everyone of us should call the union and talk to eddie gig and ask him what's going on! i think buzz is accurate and he's probably well informed but if enough of us make noise, and demand honest answers the union will be bogged down with phone calls and maybe post something on the website for us to we dont feel like we are in the dark!

I think Gigg and Ernie should post something on the 1181 website about WHEN we are getting this money!!  or have a yard meeting and tell us what's going on.  i feel like they are just ignoring us and just leaving us in the wind and its inhumane.  and i also feel that even though its in the contract that we would get our money 2 paychecks after the contract was ratified, im praying neil cannot get away with not paying us at all???  someone ease my mind please!!   also where the frig are the cleaning checks!!! we're still supposed to get those.  any ideas? please post!!
