Paid Family Leave: How It Works

This afternoon a few people were asking about the Paid Family Leave and I have to admit I didn't know much about it. Did a little looking and you can get all the info you need from the website link below.

It says that it is entirely "employee" funded. I'm wondering how long the deduction will stay at $1.65 once people begin making claims?
