As I understood the instructions after filing a claim last week, we are to certify benefits every week ... just a reminder to do it Sunday.
Buzz maybe you can help me out. I just finished filing a claim on line but I think something went wrong. It said last time I filed was Dec. 30 It didn't have last weeks claim showing. Then the site just took me to file a claim and I did, but it didn't have that list of reasons , strike etc. I think I'm in as a regular claim. What should I do?
You filed a claim last week and certified this week. Didn't ask me the reason either ... gave that info last week ... just a regular weekly claim form this week. I don't think there's a problem but if you have any doubt, call them.
OK thanks Buzz! The only thing that doesn't look right is that it didn't show last weeks file of a claim. It went back to Christmas vacation, week of 30th. So when it said returned to work yet I put no. I'll call them this week, hope I get someone.
