24-On Narrows Rd North and Fingerboard Rd

On passenger side at the first intersection after leaving Verrazano Narrows Bridge and getting off at Exit 14 of Staten Island Expy.

25-On Fr. Capodanno Blvd and unnamed intersection between Sand Ln and Seaview Ave for turns into and out of beach/boardwalk parking lot

On drivers side on center median. This is not a cross street. It is only for turns into and out of beach/boardwalk parking lot.

How come there are not any on Caselton and broadway , Broad and Gordon , anywhere in Stapleton, How about the Harbor, Jersey Street  Hmmmmmmm I wonder ??
