In Ernie's absence, Andy, as our second-in-command, has excelled at spearheading Pioneer's strike effort for the past week. As if it weren't enough to direct, organize, and schedule personnel he's also had to put up with whiners and prevent a fist-fight amongst matrons. All this while making sure everybody was paid up for the pool. But he got it done in his usual low-keyed, unflappable manner.

Hats off to you, Andrew!

Cant agree more. Its been tuff but they have been keeping us posted as best he can and has been out there.Also Ernie's been awsome and its nice to see most of us standing has one when we win this battle it will show everybody that we are 1181 and we are here to stay!  GOD BLESS1181!

Andy is one of a kind doing all he can whenever he can stepping in and filling in for Ernie and never missing a beat. Still to this day I have never hear anyone say a bad thing about Andy he really is one of a kind.
Years of inaction and corruption has paved the way for the Devil to ride in and take what he pleases.
