They closed the schools 2 weeks ago, this storm is worse than that one ... why do they have to wait for the last minute to call it?  @#$%

Copy that. Gave the benefit of the doubt that common sense had somehow crept into city hall and the DOE, but as you said, "Not happening."  >:(

We were told by the new chancellor that schools would be open 11pm last night.
