You can wear shorts from April 15 to October 15.

ONLY work/uniform/dress shorts, navy/dark blue that come to the knee!

NO cut-offs!
NO sweats!
NO cargo shorts!
NO Spandex!
I am patient with stupidity, but not with those who are proud of it.
