Are we not covered for EMS rides to the hospital with blue cross blue shield ? I've been getting bills saying I owe. I called them up and they said that they paid their portion but due to NY state mandate doesn't apply to my plan and they have the right to bill me. I then called EMS up and they said that the insurance rejected the payment and I could file an appeal with blue cross blue shield to pay. I was also told something about it being out of network. I'm going back and forth and either of them can give me an definitive answer when I was originally told I wasn't responsible for any payment. Also one bill was 1,000 in change and the other was 600 in change? Why a difference if it's just an ambulance ride?  Any advice

I answered your PM. Take a look.
I am patient with stupidity, but not with those who are proud of it.
