Important News •On Wednesday, August 8, 2012, the way you enter the Unemployment Benefits Online system will change. You will be required to sign in from a different web page and use a NY.GOV ID Username and Password. You will no longer be able to access the Unemployment Benefits Online system by using your Social Security number and PIN. This change will better protect your identity.
We encourage you to use a NY.GOV ID now. It will make it easier for you to transition to the new sign-in process. Your NY.GOV ID can also be used to access online services from other NYS government agencies
