Hello All, 

We have the March Permits Available. You must see Joe MSG or myself NO LATER than this 'Friday 3/6". Your spot is reserved till this Friday 3/6 only. If you Still want to park there, see us by Friday.  All spots are full and there is a waiting list! We have the permits with us now, so you have this week to catch up with us! Joe MSG is at the round table during the day. See him when you fuel up or give it to a driver that does see us.

We like to thank everyone for putting up with the tight space. It was a rough month especially the first week when Halloween closed and the weather didn't help. Many drivers had (have) a long "cold" walk after parking their cars. We are doing our best to help out, but we need your help too. Now that the snow will be gone, we ask everybody to work together and park closer to each other to help out "our" fellow drivers. We may be able to add a car or two. Believe me we don't need the extra buck for them. For instance I got a call at 5:20 this morning about the lot (I'm getting use to it)  :

Also Please display the parking cards, this would help keep non members out and guarantee all members their spots.

The Owner agreed to wait till the 1st Friday of the month for US! All the other companies that rent their space there, pay on the 1st of the month. 

I have a NO spots available and 20 drivers on waiting list. First come - first served. 

I spoke with Curves and he said he also has "No spots and a waiting list". 

Please see us this week if you want to keep your spot.

The Owner wants to be "paid on time"!

Parking is reserved and you Need a Permit to park there, it is PRIVATE PROPERTY! Please Do Not park your car without a permit. You would be only taking another Driver's paid spot. The lot is checked daily and your car is subject to be towed at your expense. Signs are posted!
