Is that true for all hired after April 1st, 2013 or just the "new hires." Shouldn't the people hired from the master list after that date be entitled to pay while on jury duty

You're probably right about that but if that applies to the person who's asking he/she should check with Ernie. (Good question. My guess is if they were 1181 members prior to that date they would get paid.)
