Where did you get those "words?" They're not in the letter.

When I said in his own words it was as meant in the article, the PS part were my own words lol but he is on record saying he's not interested having multiple tiers/contracts. He wants everyone on the same level

Well we worked summer school with no contract so I assume we would still have a pick and the refresher due to if we don't have a strike runs will be picked and the course would be done and we wouldn't be behind schedule. I agree BUT there's no salary figure that goes past our current salary raise from last year. I heard someone asked and thats what they were told. No contract no raise likely retro when we get a new deal.
