I originally posted a phone number to call for your 1099 however, that number is no longer in use by NYS Unemployment.

There is no number listed to get the form. Apparently the only option is to print it out yourself.

The 1099 was available online last night, but not by phone until today ... I tried calling last night. (They did say on their website "after" Jan. 9)

Call either number, 888-209-8124 or 888-581-5812.

I just called 888-209-8124 and was able to request my 1099 sent to me through the mail using the automated service. It was very simple.

Sign in to same site as unemployment .There is a tab to view or print 1099 form.Click it view it then right click for print.Done in 5 minutes.

Thanks for letting us know! I tried last night (the other number, 888-581-5812) and was not given that option. Tried both numbers today and the recording was changed and YOU CAN request that it be mailed. (I read that it would be available AFTER Jan. 9, so that makes sense.)
