Mollen Agreement

In 1979, the Honorable Milton Mollen mediates a case between Local 1181 and Frank Macchiarola, the then Chancellor of the Board of Education over Employee Protection for our members. Macchiarola is also a Professor of Law. The Mollen Agreement is drafted and both parties agree to it. It is signed by our union's attorney and David Wirt who is Counsel for the Chancellor of the Board of Ed, Allen Schwartz who is the attorney for the Board of Ed, and finalized by the Honorable Arthur Hirsch.

At what point in Bloombergs tenure did this become ILLEGAL?

It's illegal because Bloomjerk said it was, what he says is always right LOL. Wasn't a third term illegal until he changed it? Then changed it back.

Agree....never go against little caesar hes a meglomaniac plain and simple. embarassed that he trampled term limits and the will of the people...he needs to be politically stopped once and for all.
