A bunch of people got their cars keyed on Arthur Kill Road a few days ago. I was a victim was anyone else?

Just EXACTLY where on Arthur Kill Rd is this happening? It seems that this is a recurring thing every couple of months which leads me to believe it is the same person. Not many people walk AKR with the exception of Pioneer Employees. Is this happening near a place of business?

I heard it was asshole kids from p.s. 25 on Arthur Kill.

Right across from the Halloween wear house and an auto garage. All the cars were parked near the woods
