Anybody else having a problem? I sign in okay, but when I click "Unemployment Services" I get an error message "Bad Request."

Anybody?

Okay ... apparently a problem with my Firefox browser, worked on another browser.

But I certified Sunday, still no deposit. Anybody else? (Not my waiting week.)

I wasn't seeing my waiting week pay release in my view history, spoke to someone yesterday said there was an issue between my old claim and new claim it should be fixed by today. I checked it and saw my waiting week was released today labeled as last worked week lol along side with my weekly amount showing I'm getting paid

Has anyone went through the DOL process creating an account for ID.ME? Been trying to upload my passport and LC for an hour now it doesn't go through. Anyone else have a problem? Is it necessary to complete it?

It is necessary to complete it ... you won't be able to open a new book without it.

I opened my book without any problems.  I received a notice that my claim is complete & my first payment will take 3-6 weeks.  LOL another improvement.

Did you get that notice in the mail or on their website? I didn't get it but it's probably the same for me.

Just hope when they do pay it will include the extra $300 for the weeks through  Sept. 4. (That's when it ends.)

No notice here. Opened by claim on the 16th, waiting week was paid this past week, I claimed yesterday and saw in my paid history my first payment was released today into my DD. I usually see the payment in my DD on Tuesday's

Buzz After I completed the process I received an Email from labor ny.gov that I had an important message.  I went to the website, went into my account it showed I had a message (top of the account).
It stated.  Quote: We have received the claim you recently filed on our website.  Your claim is complete.  There is no need to speak to an agent at this time.
Also it had a Priority-normal

One thing I did do Buzz.  I opened my account on a Sunday then opened my book on a Monday.  I separated the 2 feeling one needed to process before the other.  As per posts I've read on this website

Buzz

I think I tried to open it on Sunday ... because it said you could. That's when I ran into trouble.

Hey guys so I just moved to jersey but still have my info on the UI website listed as NY am
I allowed to claim while I'm physically in jersey or do I have to have someone do it for me that's living in NY? My license and address are both NY but I'm physically in NJ this weekend and going forward in October.

Of course you're allowed to claim ... like everybody else who lives in Jersey and works here. One of the first questions they ask is if your address changed. Might just as well tell them and proceed to file your claim.

Noticed this week that 0-10 hours worked = 0 hours. Used to be 0-4.

My 4th week claiming (including waiting week), no money yet. Can't get through on the phone. Ugh!

Gotcha thanks because I heard that they can stop payments if you claim from a different state and forget to change your address etc because I claim online not by phone

Any time I've tried to get through by phone I always did. Only thing is it usually takes me about an hour. I just keep calling and calling until I get through. It's busy I hang up and immediately call back. Sometimes I'll repeatedly call 40,50 or 60 times. I always call first thing in the morning.

I was making a long story short. I am able to get through, but after I go through all the menu bullshit and answer a few questions, as soon as I answer that I did not get a payment it says they're too busy and can't take my call ... this is at 8:01 a.m.!
