ATTENTION:

With regard to the recent email with attachments, more specifically: NYS DEPARTMENT LOST BENEFITS GUIDELINES, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the deadline date of April 15, 2020 has been extended.   If you call the customer service number provided on the notice, you will be informed of that extension.  We apologize for any confusion.  Thank you.

Yes, it absolutely has. The Lost Benefits Guidelines link explains what to do but it says the special enrollment was to April 15th. That has been extended so you can still apply for "Obamacare."
