I'm sorry but it's about time you start holding parents responsible for their kids actions. First off it is not up to the bus driver especially on a general Ed run to break up a fight. We aren't paid to be bouncers so the driver is not the blame. Kids now a days know exactly what they are doing and if you're too snowflake enough to hold the kid responsible then hold the parents responsible for their actions. They need to lower the juvenile age to start treating these thugs like adults.
Even in the "damned if you do, damned if you don't" environment we work in, you see something like that going on I'd feel a moral obligation to step in.
