Just my take on this.
The union will come back in a few weeks with an agreement, they'll say its the best we can do, they'll tell everyone to vote yes.
we might get 30 cents an hour more but we'll have to pay more towards our medical. everyone will vote yes because no one really wants to strike even though the strike vote was overwelmingly yes. and we'll chug along for another 3 years.

It would be proper if our union delegation asked us our opinion on the proposal that was put forth by Neil Strahl! At least let us give feedback!
