I dont think it should be "Mandatory" but some drivers have runs where they need to fill up twice a week BUT they force the issue so the mechanics check the bud out which times they do and times they don't

in my case most of the time they don't open the hood and when I ask for windshield fluid they act like they doing me a favor I do about 60 miles a day if I get gas once a week I still have about a quarter tank left

Did Rjj this morning very smooth morning found a parking spots next to the yard my bus was ready in the front got fuel and did my run very little traffic this morning  in the afternoon I just got to do St. Johns lt and that's it can't really complaint on the virus day

Do you really think that Pioneer would give back runs? He would be losing a lot more money then paying us what he's paying us now. All Pioneer thinks about is money and not his workers who makes him that money. He has showed that in the past (contract). Let him get fined for not covering the work. As I hear there was about 200 schools (runs) that had to be covered on Friday. Give back the work see if it affects my pocket, the answer is NO!

As far as arbitration goes, that is just a ploy by the union to try and satisfy us. It's like can I have a hamburger TODAY and pay you in 6 months maybe, if we win.

Just don't offer yourself to cover extra work is that simple. So far this year I covered once within my area and let me tell you the stress and aggravation is just not worth it let them hire more drivers and get their act together we shouldn't care if they "loose the run" that's manipulation for drivers to feel bad 😢 I drove for another company for 2 years before coming to pioneer and they had the same manipulative tactics

Sorry not interested in a second dose Got the first dose of Pfizer poison on 12/23 due to pioneer threatening emails on 12/26 3 days later I tested positive for covid had unbearable body aches and fever that lasted well into New Years there was a lot of noise over the first dose before Christmas and all of the sudden silence did they even fire anyone?

Yes he definitely needs to pay more because when I get my check every Friday and I see the medical deduction I want to cry   

I had a smooth morning today only had 4 kids in my 2 runs traffic wasn't bad ,snow ❄️ Wasn't bad and since I don't get pay for snow days I rather work than loose a day.
