As is known by virtually everyone who worked this summer, (and more), Tommy, (dispatcher), is no longer employed by Pioneer.
I don't know any details or the whys or wherefores, but it's safe to say the he did not initiate the parting of ways.
I know there are some who didn't see eye-to-eye with him but I never had a problem with him in the 24 years that he was there and we got along well.
In my opinion, he was a master at splitting up runs and getting the work covered. It'll be interesting to see how that will be handled if there still aren't enough drivers come September.
In any event, I wish Tommy the best of luck with whatever he endeavors to pursue.
