Soooo since we are gonna be off for next years "holiday" I wonder if they will pay us. This holiday wasn't apart of the old or new contract SO I would think if they do pay us EVERYONE gets paid

Wishful thinking. I hope you're right but I doubt it. The people under the old contract with the guarantee weeks should get it but the people under the new contract probably won't get it. That's a holiday like others that will have to be included in a future contract. But you never know.
