That's what Andy handed me when I started last year....where can I get a copy of the MOA?

Well, it's not the entire contract. It basically highlights what was newly agreed upon. We're supposed to get booklets of the entire updated contract, but whenever I ask ... even the previous contract ... I'm told, "It's at the printer's."
