The Via instructions say you can have your Via password sent to the phone you listed in your PETS application by selecting ""Get code to my phone."
I don't know if I gave a phone number and I certainly don't remember my PETS user name or password. I emailed with my ID for help.

Password should be last name and last 4 of the SSN
I think when we log in the phone we scan in with our ID and then put our password in which is our last name and last 4 of our SSN

I'm talking about the PETS login in case you forgot your Via login. Not the same, probably.
