On December 9, 2013, the Office of the Executive Secretary granted the
Respondents' request to withdraw their exceptions to the decision of the
Administrative Law Judge.1 Accordingly,
Pursuant to Section 10(c) of the National Labor Relations Act, as
amended, and Section 102.48 of the National Labor Relations Board Rules and
Regulations, the Board adopts the findings and conclusions of the Administrative
Law Judge as contained in his Decision, and orders that the Respondents, their
officers, agents, successors, and assigns, shall take the action set forth in the
recommended Order of the Administrative Law Judge.

On September 20, 2013, Administrative Law Judge Raymond P. Green of
the National Labor Relations Board issued his Decision in the above-entitled
proceeding and, on the same date, the proceeding was transferred to and
continued before the Board in Washington, D.C. The Administrative Law Judge
found that the Respondents have engaged in certain unfair labor practices, and
recommended that they take specific action to remedy such unfair labor
practices.

you say mountainside getting backpay...well there is a ruling handed down 12-20-2014 from the national labor board on there website,its for pioneer and mountainside...i dont know if the ruling we are wating for...

the one and only person who could make some sense of all of this and give us some sort of hope is Sal. when we lost Sal that was the downfall of this whole union..

i just seen a bunch of tractor trailers at 2890 with parking lifts that they use in new york city parking lots  drive bus on ramp,hit lift button then park another under lifted bus..i cant wait to see the first driver to climb ladder get in his bus and think he is a pilot...   :wink_cheesy: :wink_cheesy: :crazy: :crazy:
