New OPT ID cards

  When will we go to Queens for them ? Also, will they take us in groups by  bus ?

The notice from OPT wasn't too clear on what the exact procedure would be. We'll have to wait and see.

You would think in this day and age we could upload all our info and picture online. Then they could send the new cards to the respective companies who would collect the old ones and give out the new. But ... that would be too easy.

I believe that it one of the reasons ... the SS number will be in, or associated with, the barcode

its a shame that in todays day and age social security numbers can cause untold damage to your identity in the wrong hands.
