Letter from DOE re: Data Breach

Anybody else get this letter regarding a data breach that allowed other vendors access to our personal information?

Buzz , Its a scam do not respond to the email ,phone # or scan code they can get into you system DOE would have Notify Pioneer first who then Pioneer would have notify you!

Also look at the NYC DOE return address "Niles IL "

Appreciate you looking out for me, buddy, but it's legit. The return address is for IDX, the company giving the 2 years free credit monitoring.

Also, I didn't scan the back of the letter which gave an 800 number to call ...888-220-4751. It answers, "Thank you for calling IDX working on behalf of NYC DOE."
