That's fine Hognol no apology necessary A lot of Pioneer guys at my school or on trips mistake me for a Staten island Bus co driver. I work for AE (Amboy) I live on Staten island and my run is on Staten Island I pull out of North street not Meredith.

I'm 1181 who spent 5 weeks on the picket line like you guys. Who lost their vacation pay and had 7.5 percent taken out of their pay like you guys. I'm still paying my bills late because of the money lost and had to take money from friends and family to get back on track like some of you guys Not to mention trying to go and get Medicaid while on strike and was denied like some you guys. I hope that clarifies everything

I work for AE, It's possible that it might be a ploy to get us to sign a contract. We'll wait and see.

Just be lucky you're not going to be fired like me and my 1181 Atlantic Express co-workers on Dec 31st.

For the drivers and escorts that have pensions from other jobs and maybe collecting social security voting NO might be an option for them. But for people like myself who are not collecting a pension and have mortgages and bills to pay, I would be inclined to vote yes.

I agree MSG, It wont do them any good to appeal and to spend more money on lawyers to appeal this ruling. what they did was illegal and we all knew it. All that money that they held from us was in a bank collecting interest and now it's time to pay up.

That's great news but I don't mean to sound ignorant but does that mean we also get our vacation pay? Thanks for the ifo.

I don't think she dropped the case, I think it might take a while for a decision to be rendered.
