Neil our Boss is showing us all what a dick head he really is. Our wage accrual was not there for us to enjoy this Fathers day. He kept our Easter checks, cut our pay by 71/2 % and now our hard earn wage accrual money. So please people when he comes to work do not say hello or smile at him. wake up and learn what a prick he really is. You know who you are so stop the shit . He put us all in a big shit hole. So Happy Fathers day you little shit grow up and be a man and do the right thing give us all our money we earned it.

I think we lost alot more then money. Our boss has been robbing all of us for a long time now and all we hear is the same old bullshit from our union and our reps. We needed some results and we got none. alot of people on this job seem sad and lost not knowing what direction we are heading in. I don't have any answers to this big problem that we are all facing. I just hope this comes to a end soon and the boss gives us all our fucking money back that he is robbing form us. If he does not I do think the job and the union is history as we all know it.

How about a sick out day he cannot cover all the runs and we will surly make the newspapers maybe someone will listen to us.

Any word yet, are we getting our wage accrual checks this friday. Does anybody know.

Lets stop the stall jobs the Co. is doing to us all we are a week away from June 15 who has a trueful answer lets hear it load and clear are we getting our well deserve wage and accrual (Vacation cks. ) Lets start with the boss and work our way down to the shop steward or anybody who has the answer. Go for it, start now.

The pick is and shall always be for  the workers not the employer changes can be may at anytime to add work or to take work off runs. But when it comes to dollars and cents no runs should be changed that has overtime on it or runs that you could make extra money like working extra days when the public schools are closed. My point is if the employer gets paid then we schould get paid. How would anyone feel that maybe just maybe the run was picked cause some of us need that extra money to pay our bills like mortgages etc. like myself I picked a run just for that reason and my employer took that away from me like he did for so many others. This time the people who did not work I have no problem with but the next pick the shoe will be on the another foot then maybe you will see what it is all about and how you will feel when I take in the sun and you work. please think about what I am saying we all lose and the Employer wins again. The pick is all we have left on this job take it away and we all will work one day for nothing. One for all and all for one I remain.

Why was the buyout not posted and I know some senior men were not aware of the buyout. It was not done in senority oder anf that is a fact. Sad to know that some senior men were pass over what a shame the boss picks and choose his people. What happen to one for all and all for one. All should have a chance to go or no one should go.

Neil one day your fortune will be gone. We have one God and he sees what you have done today to all your loyal workers. Some of us will have to tell our spouse and children that you have stole money from us, not because you need it only because to feel that you can do it and you did it. Thanks! I hope your family feels the pain that our family will feel when we put less food on our table, clothes on our backs,ect. No contract means no work. So laugh at us all for coming to work for less money and making you more money for you and your family. Maybe one day your wife will have to go out and get a part time job like my wife does now to make up the lost of money you are stealing from us. Hope you rot in Hell. 

Neil can not have it both ways we have have a contract or not. old contract we have no sick days no contract we get sick days lol neil your day will come my family was without a vacation this spring break (no money) hope you stick.  them checks up your ass.

Is the office open on good friday to pick up checks.

starting in April of 2014 Employers with 20 workers or more will have to give 5 sick days. Lets see how neil gets out off this one.Heard about this on the 10:00 news tonite. I think we are more then 20. lol   

This may be a good thing for all of us, tomorrow the bus wash will be open and that will be one less violation for us and many more for the Boss, right! we shall see I'm sure. I though we keep the inside clean and the Co. keeps the outside clean. Who decides who gets  these violations,I wonder.!
