pay on wednesday not friday

We were suppose to get paid on wednesday as per page 44 in the contract.  Most yards are not getting paid till friday.  The Union knows about this and they said the owners made a mistake.  Well do something about it.  Another thing I'm hearing from alot of members is their not gettting paid their overtime.  Why is the union letting the owners get away with this.
