This is the letter that accompanied out "imposed" contract after the strike, later replaced in November 2013 with a contract that we overwhelming approved believing it was necessary to help Pioneer "submit a competitive bid" and "keep our work."

The BIGGEST Shame in all of this is Neil doesn't respect the fact that the hard working men and women of this company made Neil a VERY Wealthy Man!!!!!
