My benefit year ending date is 7/31/16 and I certified my claim today as usual. Do I open a new book today or tomorrow?

I'm a day late (and a dollar short) but yes, you open a new book the day after your BYE date (or anytime during that week).

I'll let this post serve as a reminder to claim.
