There's a notice in the drivers room advising that those of us who didn't work the summer owe union dues for July and August. $15.40 will be deducted from 2 paychecks for these 2 pay periods:
WE 11/12/17 Paid 11/17/17
WE 11/19/17 Paid 11/22/17
Good representation ain't cheap, ya' know. :))
i guess we shouldnt expect a butterball from neil or 1181 this year...
45 years of never paying down the drain.

No turkey, but if you go in the back and bend over, you'll get the turkey baster! (But then I think we already got that.) :rotfl:

i cant wait to see the next contract...
Don't worry. As the saying goes, "We got him right where we want him." :rotfl:
I hope ur right but unless we get the EPP back I would have to disagree. All the BOE knows is they have contracts with the owners and that the runs are being done. At least at Pioneer (SI).
Apparently the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. If you read that letter with regards to Union Dues for the summer it does not say that they were going to take an extra $15.40 for two consecutive weeks. It says that $2.57 would be taken out per week until the entire $30.80 was reached. Obviously moneywise it doesn't make a difference but it's just the point. Correct if I'm wrong.
