I tried calling the customer service number for PETS to ask about the missing email. After holding on for 40 minutes, an agent told me to call OPT. I called OPT and spoke to 3 different people. None of them had a clue as to what I was talking about.
What a friggin' circus!
OK, Kathy tells me the customer service number is for people who have deleted those emails ONLY. If you deleted it you have still been entered into the system and might get somewhere by calling. The number is 718.935.4000, but good luck figuring out what number to press on their menu.
As for the rest of us who have not received the email at all, I am now told it may take until Nov. 28 to get it and hopefully you'll be able to register and submit responses before the first fingerprint date of Nov. 30.
