Curious as to the wording of the assembly's budget proposal as it applies to the EPP, (though not named as such), I came across the link below. Scroll down to page 26, line 40.

did the EPP make it in the morons budget that ready to pass today....

Unfortunately, I heard yesterday that he took the EPP out of the budget so far. Chances are very slim.
