Just spoke to Ernie ... the owners/DOE contract is signed and OUR contract is too! We will have a copy in our hands before the end of the week! Should be able to tell you exactly which day tomorrow.

Also ... a lot of people think it was delayed this long to screw us out of Easter. NOT TRUE! We're getting Easter week ... and the delay wasn't at all on 1181's part.
