I heard this coming Tuesday when we do our dry runs (again) unlike this past week that this time we CANNOT use any bus and that we HAVE to use our own bus. Would you know if that is correct?

You have to use a regular ed bus with the GPS, not necessarily your own, but why not?
CORRECTION: YOU HAVE TO DO IT IN YOUR OWN BUS.
(Especially since you got one of those nice Blue Birds. :wink_cheesy:)

Any time ... on your card, put down the times on your run sheet for first pick up, last stop, arrival at school, etc.
Andy just told me you should come in "in the morning" (i.e. before noon) as the shop will be closing early.
Also ... you do not have to fill in times on your trip card.
