Title: NYSED Guidance on Driver Barrier/Partition
Post by: Buzz on August 28, 2020, 10:19:55 PM
This is not to say that we WILL get them, it just gives the specifications of what's allowed.

Ok I just took the time to read the guidelines and based on what it say we can forget getting them.
You can't block this you can't impede on this it's not allowed to cause a glare but yet it must be made of plastic but be 100 percent transparent. Did they invent something new that I am not aware of ??

The Constant changing of guidelines and their ridiculous requirements when guidelines are finally laid out for us make this an impossibility. When does the safety of the drivers and matrons become a prerequisite before we go back to work. I may not matter to the BOE and Pioneer but I do matter to my wife and children. Well at least my children lol.

Pioneer has enough problems getting the mechanics to check air pressures how the hell in the world will they get said partitions in place on 400 buses before September 10th. And so the insanity continues!!!!
