im curious to see what and if we have any gaurantees under this new contract...was the 1181 contract even taken into account... the contractors may have had to give a savings also to the city under current times...maybe we should hope we keep what we have... more uncertainty

No, this article is misleading. It does not apply to Pioneer or any of the legacy companies. Basically it was just giving back the month-to-month contracts that some companies had. Still no communication between legacy contractors and the DOE about contracts, servicing schools before the 21st, safety protocols ... NOTHING!
