i dont get it... many states have opened schools with much higher infection  rate then us..our private, jewish and catholic schools are opened without playing out all this drama that the city doe schools are crying about in the media...leads me to believe they got very used to be home and want to ride out remote learning as long as this virus is part of our lives...

I truly hope I am wrong but it is not looking good for the 21st. Dumblasio and Carranza are really fucking up  the start of the school year.

You have to know something is wrong when 5 high level people who were tasked with getting the schools ready for the start of the year all quit. Including Allison Hirsch who was brought over from Dumblasio's mayorial cabinet to BOE so she could oversee the start up plan and get it done.

Can we say epic FAILURE !!!! Something just is not right.

And it's funny we are blaming the whole damn Covid thing on China but yeah let's give them more of our money and buy all there damn sub par supplies.

Yeah, and Hirsch never set foot inside a school or DOE headquarters ... $230,000 a year. Nice.

I think the important thing we need to find out as drivers is IF there is another delay in opening....IF there is another shut down, what happens to us? Do we get thrown to the curb again back to unemployment with no benefits?
