They are correcting the system to recognize missed weeks due to opening new books. They will see who received less than 3 payments and should correct it. I was told it may take a week or two.

Yes, a different level 3 yesterday said I wouldn't get the week at all. I am going with this one. You could always call and see what they tell you on that particular day. Lol.
Wig, call the automated LWA number and make sure you are certified. When I did mine, after I called I received an email to DocuSign.
